TGI Fridays were looking to find maternity cover for a year to cover the Head of Marketing role, responsible for a fully integrated TTL marketing strategy, including mapping a game changing digital transformation roadmap.
The Client's Need
The business were keen to have a lengthy handover with the outgoing Head of Marketing which meant I was able to penetrate both the perm and interim/temp market.
As always my search included a complete cross section of the market reaching out to active and passive candidates, recommendations, head hunting and strong advert responses. As TGI Fridays have a distinct culture it was imperative I met with every single candidate I shortlisted before submitting them to the client- CEO Karen Forrester.
