Known to be a people first company with great culture and long-term relationship with their clients for many decades, I'm current supporting one of the world's largest loyalty & customer engagement solution provider in looking for a new account director to take ownership of one of their largest clients around the region, HK, SEA, Greater China etc. They are looking for someone to drive their solutions which coverages (priority pass, loyalty platforms, data & analytics, rewards programmes, medical & security assistance).
You will be tasked to manage, develop and accountable for profitability of the assigned accounts. Lead and develop an account team. Execute solution-based selling functions as well as other business strategies such as cross, up and down selling as to achieve business objectives.
- Degree holder, preferably in Marketing or Business-related disciplines
- 10+ years relevant experience in CRM agency, loyalty product owner, customer engagement solutions sales environment with a focus on client servicing
- Experience of senior level communications and proven business development track records
- Experience in finance, retail, agency and/or Hotel industry
- Fluent in English, Chinese and Mandarin
