This Business Development Manager sits within an International Law Firm operating in over 27 countries. The firm utilises innovative systems and processes to all clients, to ensure work is completed intelligently, efficiently and reliably.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing strong relationships with all levels of fee earners, and create effective working relationships across wider teams in the firm, including Sectors and across practices.

Further responsibilities within this role include holding ownership of content and development of business development databases. In addition, the Business Development Manager will implement ideas to improve processes, including assistance with firm-wide and practice wide projects, including Diversity & Inclusion, and EPI budget planning.

Within this role, previous experience within a Business Development Manager position with focus on employment, pensions and incentives would be desirable, within a Professional Services environment, to help achieve success.
