A fast-growing technology business in the F&B online to offline space is looking for a key member of their Business Development Team to drive all BD efforts and lead a team.
The role will be expected to set BD strategy and implement a structure of processes and best practice and will be responsible for leading a team of BD executives to achieve monthly and quarterly individual and team sales targets for acquiring new restaurant partners.
To be successful in this role you must have a proven track record of success in achieving and ideally exceeding sales targets and KPIs. Strong knowledge of contacts with the Hong Kong restaurant market is highly preferred, as you will be expected to quickly build the business restaurant network and create commercial relationships. You must be a proven leader with experience in helping to grow and manage a team of BD or sales professionals.
Fluency in English and Cantonese are both essential.
