I am working on an exciting opportunity with a leading menswear brand. They are growing and evolving daily and to sustain this growth they are looking for a hands on Head of CRM to join their award winning marketing team in London. This company is passionate about its people and their development, located in stunning central London offices they have a robust and impressive 5 year business plan revolving around a best in class customer journey and taking market share.
You will be based in London, responsible for owning and implementing the CRM strategy across Europe, with the mission to increase targeted engagement, customer lifecycle value and retention. You will be responsible for the end to end process (lifecycle communications to re-engagement & growth). This role will allow you to have operational accountability to deliver the best CRM programme where your aim will be to optimise customer communications and ensure customers get exposed to the right message at the right time. As mentioned, people along with the product are key to this companies success and you will be responsible for managing a high performing team within the London office.
To be part of this exciting growing journey, you must come from a CRM, data background where you focus on customer journey, be used to sophisticated models and be able to translate numbers to the team. You must also be a strong communicator who has the ability to influence at all levels. A key part of this role will be for you to be a leader & motivator to help drive the team.
