Plan, research and develop the overall firms' strategy to enter the China market with the support of the BD team
Educate and advocate internally on the key points Partners and Stakeholders should be aware of
Facilitate and encourage the sharing of market/client intelligence (eg pipeline deals, major players, market shares, key client contact moves and developments) to partners and associates. Sharing of best practice and successes
This will also include coordinating with PSL team in relation to market developments and projects that provide opportunities for collaboration between practices
Foster relationships with creative, media, and technology agencies and vendors to innovate and optimise the performance of all digital channels, such as owned, paid and organic search, social, and display
Lead on the major events (e.g. devising content for off-sites, working with Events team on major client seminars and other events)
Client account management - development, maintenance and reporting on a focused client-care programme
