This Sales Best Practice Senior Manager role sits within a Leading Accountancy firm who are committed to enabling and empowering its people in order to win business effectively and efficiently. This role will be focused on leveraging your direct sales, consulting and client-facing business development experience to professionalise sales in the firms Priority markets and accounts.
The Sales Best Practice Senior Manager role is a brand new role, developed to deliver regional growth through support of the EMA Growth Programme, as well as key business development initiatives and sales transformation engagements across the region.
You will be an independent, confident and outcome-focused consultant, responsible for working directly with key internal stakeholders to define their needs, create pragmatic business development solutions, and help professionalise sales within the priority member firms and accounts.
Previous experience within a similar Sales Senior Manager role would be desirable, and help ensure success is achieved within this role.
