A leading charity are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Officer to join their Digital Fundraising team within the individual giving department. This is the charities number 1 source of income and as such is a pivotal role within the organisation. They have an excellent reputation and are committed to their excellent cause as well as their people and continued growth of the charity and development of the staff that work there.
As part of the digital fundraising team, you will be focused on acquisition and bringing new products to market to engage the charities mass audiences. Your goal will be to ensure that digital marketing is at the forefront of the charities marketing strategy and execute it accordingly. You will be responsible for multi-channel campaigns (PPC, display, email, affiliates and social media) reviewing the technology, techniques and managing external agencies. You will build internal and external relationships, work closes with fundraisers, collaborate on various initiatives and advise on how digital can support.
You will also be responsible of campaign budgets, analysis and identifying other opportunities to increase fundraising revenue and ROI. You will carry out research and provide advice to other key stakeholders within the business on how donors, fundraising and digital productivity can be increased.
The successful applicant will have excellent experience within a similar role, a track record of managing large scale digital marketing campaigns from conception to delivery. You will have outstanding communication skills and be able to influence a divers range of internal stakeholders, be highly competition in google analytics and other reporting analytical suites, PPC, SEO, display, affiliates and social media. You will have strong project management and planning experience, be skilled in managing external agencies and have a passion and working knowledge of the charity sector.
